Beale Park Zoos
Wonderful attractions in the glorious setting of the Thames Valley, where people love to visit again and again. That's the successful formula of Beale Park!
Beale Park in Lower Basildon - some 400 acres of parkland and water meadows along the banks of the Thames. You are free to wander around our spacious bird enclosures, where Golden Pheasants, Peacocks and many fascinating and unusual species of birds are encouraged to breed in captivity. Although a relatively comprehensive collection of birds is contained within Beale Park, including flamingos, many waterfowl, swans, parrots and cranes, there are areas in which the collection specialises, particularly owls, pheasants, pigeons and laughing thrushes.
At the far end of the park you will discover our Deer Park, which is ideal for meeting the three species of deer kept at Beale Park- Red, Fallow and Axis. .
