Carlos Santana Tickets

Carlos Augusto Alves Santana is a 63 year old singer-songwriter from Mexico. Originally working with the band 'Santana' in the late 60s/early 70s he pioneered an authentic mix of rock, jazz and salsa. His solo Latin/blues rock fusion has attracted many fans worldwide and he is famed for his use of Latin and African sounds with percussion and guitar – quite unusual in the rock genre! In the late 1990's 'Rolling Stone' magazine named Santana as number 15 in their '100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time' list and in by 2003 he had won 10 Grammy awards and 3 Latin Grammys.
