The View are a Scottish four piece who have achieved respect and acclaim both inside and outside of the indie genre.

Unlike many other bands who receive recognition and praise from the underground, The View have managed to crack the UK top 20 with their debut single 'Wasted Little DJs' which made it to number 15 on the singles chart back in 2006. The group consist of Kyle Falconer who is contributes rhythm guitar, lead vocals, harmonica and even piano to the group, Kieren Webster on the four string and backing vocals, Pete Reilly playing lead guitar, and Steven Morrison on percussion. Songwriting is split between the four, and they bring Darren Rennie on tour to play keyboards live.The View have had four studio albums released with their debut, Hats Off to the Buskers, being the most commercially successful. Their success has allowed them to tour extensively including dates in the USA and Japan. Despite their mainstream success they still gain the respect and recognition of indie taste makers such as Zane Lowe. The View's breathtaking Celtic indie rock rhythms are sure to appeal to anyone with a pulse.
