The club’s first match back at Adam’s Park after the mid-season break, Club Manager Kelly Chambers is excited to have new signing Remi Allen take to the pitch. A sign of the club’s intent to cement their place in WSL 1, Remi (who previously played for Blues) will no doubt be looking to make a big impact against her former team.
Club Manager, Kelly Chambers, comments:
"I'm really looking forward to welcoming back all our fans to Adams Park after the mid-season break, and I'm sure many of our supporters are counting down the days until July 24th. Birmingham have had an impressive start to the season. I know the game will not be an easy one, but we have had a great mid-season break working on the pitch and hopefully this will pay off when it comes to the match itself.
"I hope to see many of our fans supporting us against the Blues Ladies, a game that I strongly believe will be very competitive, but a game that I believe will stretch and positively challenge us as a team. After Birmingham on the 24th we have two more home games in the next 10 days, against Notts County and Manchester City, which I know will excite many girls and families across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire – I know I speak for myself and the whole team when I say we hope to see lots of you there!"
