For South West Teds 3rd Rockin' The Pavillion event, we are pleased that the headline act will be THE METROTONES, one of the UK's top 1950's style Doo Wop bands.

They have been performing for over 30 years and provide an exciting and entertaining show.

Beginning as an acappella vocal group creating jingles for London’s Capital Gold and GLR radio stations, once a band was added they performed all over Europe, appearing on TV, radio and film as well as on a number of recordings.

Providing support, CLAIRE LOUISE BELL will be returning for her 3rd year. She has been singing for 20 years and covers all genres from all eras.

On appearing on a 50's & 60's inspired day, she says: ''I get to sing songs from my favourite era and genre. I have rock 'n' roll running through my veins and will be in my happy place with like minded people. I adore every minute of every song that I get to share with my kind of people''

Last but not least, keeping the music flowing and the dancers dancing, will be Dave Hook, better known as the BIG BALD BOPPER. One of the most popular DJ's on Splinterwood Rock 'n' Roll radio and the local rock 'n' roll scene, he will be playing music, both well known and not so well known, to keep rock 'n' rollers and general public alike, happy
