Fitness Pilates Class

Woodrush High School, Birmingham, West Midlands, B475JW

Fitness Pilates Class: Do you want to tone up your waist, strengthen your abs and back and improve your posture and flexibility? If yes then you need to be doing Fitness Pilates.

Fitness Pilates is a 1 hour class which focuses on building up strength in your abs to tone up your mid section but also looks at improving posture by strengthening weak muscles and lengthening tight muscles.

Whether you are new to exercise or a keen sportsperson everyone can benefit from Fitness Pilates.

A few quotes from some of my particpants:

Claire offers a varied class which works all parts of the body at each session.....I have definately felt that my posture and flexibility have improved since I have taken up Pilates sessions with Claire

Fitness Pilates has helped me feel very positive about my posture during my every day life

I love the stretching and relaxation at the end of the class and always go home feeling energised and looking forward to my next session.
