This is workshop is for people wishing to develop skills of meditation, mantra and self discovery. Learn techniques help you go deep quickly and create lasting results. This workshop will give you personal insight and a clearer overview of Meditation and Mantra. The practice can help you destress, sleep better and bring peace and harmony into your life.
This workshop is delivered by Preya Chauhan who has been practicing and training in natural mind and body therapies for over 10 years. Due to her own personal experience of anxiety, depression and hormone imbalance which has been transformed through Meditation and holistic therapy, she is passionate about helping people reconnect and nourish both mind & body. Preya is a Yoga Alliance trained Hatha Yoga teacher and ITEC qualified complementary therapist and believes that through therapies & techniques, deeper awareness can be raised for lasting wellbeing beyond the treatment room or yoga mat. She has works with a range of clients such as The Ministry of Justice, New Art Gallery Walsall, West Midlands Probation Trust & the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
