Availability: The school runs one weekday or class every three months. Weather: Duration: Expect to be at the venue for around seven and a half hours, including time to dine. The cookery class itself lasts approximately six hours. Numbers On Day: Share the class with up to seven other culinary enthusiasts. Spectators: Dress Code: As the class means you will be standing throughout most of the experience, comfortable shoes are recommended. Aprons will be provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 16. Alcohol can only be served to those aged 18 or over. Equally suited to beginners or experienced cooks. Regrettably, wheelchair users cannot be accomodated as there are stairs up to the venue. Other Info:

From focaccia and soda bread to English tin, French style dough and more; the class aims to leave you with practical skills and a greater understanding of the art of bread baking. Flours used will be white, wholemeal wheat flour, rye flour and spelt. During the class there is plenty of time for discussion of ingredients, techniques and any questions about bread baking. Lunch is included and at the end, receive a delicious hamper of bread and chutney to take home.
