The BBQ Academy Chef's are passionate about what they do including teaching you how to cook great food on a Weber BBQ. During your half day masterclass you will take part in some hand's on cooking with instruction and guidance from a professional trained chef. When you arrive at the site you will receive a drink and brownies cooked on a barbeque. You will learn everything you need to know about various cooking techniques for example roasting baking and grilling to perfection and cooking directly as well as indirectly. You will experience using a gas and charcoal barbeque and prepare dishes you would never usually think about cooking on a barbeque in this fun half day session. Afterward you can enjoy your creations with your fellow participants.

On arrival you will be provided a welcome drink and be served brownies cooked on a barbeque by the BBQ chef. Then you will receive a demonstration on how to barbeque and be taught all the essential skills and techniques. You will be fully involved with the cooking by preparing a starter main course and dessert.
