Kate Middleton keeps fit during pregnancy

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton is set on keeping her sporty figure during her pregnancy by walking her dog and a source has told NOW magazine that the Duchess has taken up Pilates.

The Duchess of Cambridge is determined to keep herself trim during her pregnancy by walking her dog Lupo and apparently taking up Pilates.

According to Now magazine a source has told them that the Duchess has been:#quote#doing it [Pilates] three times a week because she feels it's the best type of exercise for her - unlike yoga, she can focus on specific areas of her body.#/quote#

Her new health regime also includes lots of rest, and is 'making sure that she gets eight to ten hours of sleep a night.'

As well as this the Duchess has 'been playing soothing music by Emeli Sande, Ellie Golding and Adele to her bump.'

Kate has always been keen to keep in shape, which certainly tells as even in to her third trimester there is hardly a trace of a bump!

According to the Huffington Post, before she was pregnant, Kate worked out every morning using a £13 gym ball and a pair of dumbbells which were used in some core exercises such as crunches on the ball and biceps and triceps curls with the weights.
