Alfie Boe, the English opera singing sensation, has given many performances. Alfie Boe was the lead in Baz Luhrmann's highly acclaimed Broadway production of 'La boheme' in 2003. Boe signed with the Classic FM Presents label in 2006, releasing his album 'Classic FM Presents Alfie Boe', which came in third in the UK classical chart. The same year he signed with the EMI Classics label, and he released his album 'Onward' in 2007. In 2007, Boe toured with the Fron Male Voice Choir in the UK, performed in the first Classic FM concert and Arundel Festival with fellow soprano Natasha Marsh, and sang at the ITV 'Music of Morse' concert with Lesley Garrett and Williard White. In 2007, Alfie was also nominated for a Classical BRIT for Best Album. He has performed in the English National Opera's production of 'Kismet' with Micheal Ball in 2007, and productions of 'La bohem' and 'The Mikado' in 2010. 2007 also saw the release of his album 'La Passione'. Alfie has been the lead, Jean Valjean, in productions of 'Les Miserables' in 2010 and 2011. 2011 was a big year for Alfie, who performed in 'The Great British Musical - The Famous and the Future', the Classical BRIT Awards ceremony and with the National Symphony Orchestra and 'BBC Last Night of the Proms' concert. Alfie began his 'Bring Him Home' UK tour at the end of 2011 and into 2012.
