LMFAO is an American electro pop duo consisting of Redfoo (Stefan Kendal Gordy) and SkyBlu (Skyler Husten Gordy). Redfoo is SkyBlu's Uncle and is also the son of music mogul Berry Gordy. Both members of LMFAO are rappers, producers, dancers and DJs. Their music is commonly known as Party Rock as it incorporates the theme of partying and drinking. The band was formally known as Sexy Dudes in 2006, they changed their named to LMFAO at the advice of their Grandmother. Their International break through was with their second album 'Sorry For The Party Rocking' which was released on 17 June 2011 in the US. Their first single from this album 'Party Rock Anthem' is the most successful of their career peaking at No.1 in the US, UK, Canada and over ten other countries. Singles 'Champagne Showers 'and 'Sexy and I know It' were also released in 2011, with ' Sexy and I Know It' reaching No.1 in the iTunes Charts worldwide.
