Tower Of Power Tickets

Tower of Power also known as TOP, is an R&B based horn section band from America. They originate from Oakland in California and have been performing together for over 43 years. The band is well known for their funky soul sound which is highlighted by a powerful horn section. 1973 – 1974 was the period of their greatest commercial success when vocalist Lenny Williams fronted the band. TOP have been recording and touring since 1968. In 2008 they celebrated their 40th anniversary with a show in California and a massive concert in Fillmore, San Francisco in October 2008. This concert which was recorded for a DVD and released in 2010 features many former band members who returned on stage to perform with the band.
