Availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays and occasional Saturdays from October to the end of March. We recommend you allow several weeks booking notice. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts around seven hours (depending on numbers), including briefings, lunch hour (not included), demos and driving time. You MUST arrive early or on time as safety rules dictate that if you miss any of your initial briefing you cannot to take part Numbers On Day: Total numbers will vary but there will be a maximum of six people per car/instructor. During all driving, only you and the instructor will be in the vehicle. Spectators: Spectators are welcome, there are superb purpose-built indoor and outdoor viewing facilities. Please note that animals are not allowed at the circuit, with the exception of guide dogs. Dress Code: Wear flat shoes or trainers which are comfortable for driving, trousers and long sleeves. Helmets will be provided, but if you have your own you're welcome to bring it along. Any other special clothing you need will be provided. Guidelines: The centre is just off the A43 close to the village of Silverstone on the opposite side of the road to the racing circuit. From the A43, follow the signs for Dadford and the racing circuit (do not enter the racing circuit). At the first roundabout take the fourth exit (to bring you back down the other side of the dual carriageway as if you were returning to the A43). The centre signposted Rally School is 500 yards from the roundabout on the left. Restrictions: You need a full current manual driving licence - bring it with you on the day. Other Info: This experience takes place at the Silverstone Rally School, not the Silverstone Racing Circuit.

Discover secrets of controlling a skid, handbrake turns and power slides, with expert tuition from a qualified instructor all the way. A brief classroom session is followed by practical demonstrations of rally driving techniques. Then take the wheel for three intensive sessions of tuition. After dining locally (not included), put your new skills to the test on the full special stage, with only the aforementioned car lights to illuminate the stage. Finish the evening with a passenger ride, your instructor driving at competition speeds to show you how it's done. Conclude with a debrief and certificate presentation.
