Availability: Selected Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer season (May to October). If you are a group of six or more, you can book any day throughout the year. Weather: This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make racing at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Can last for up to two hours (dependent on total numbers on the boat and the weather). There will be up to 20 minutes of driving time in the zap cats, the rest of the time you will be a passenger or in the support boat. Numbers On Day: There will be up to 10 people taking part - three per Zap Cat including an instructor, with a maximum of two Zap Cats and two support boats out on the water. Spectators: Guests are welcome at the marina. Facilities are excellent, including restaurants, a multiplex cinema and jetties packed with high-performance and luxury powerboats. Once you are out in the open water spectators will need binoculars to follow the action. Dress Code: Bring a swimming costume, towel and pair of old trainers (that you do not mind getting wet). If it's hot bring sunscreen, if it's cold bring plenty of warm dry clothes to change into. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 16 and a minimum height of 5'4''. You must be a confident swimmer. This is an extreme sport and if you have any back or neck problems you won't be able to take part. Other Info: Please don't automatically expect to take the helm - weather conditions might mean that only the instructor can drive the craft safely. Sunglasses with a safety strap can be useful as they will help keep spray out of your eyes.

They'll head out onto the water with an instructor who will show exactly what this fantastic craft can do. This experience will be the ride of their life speeding along, pulling tight manoeuvres and hitting big air jumps. There's a RIB powerboat on standby acting as a support boat, so they can get a thrilling ride on this too.
