Madagascar Live hits the stage

Madagascar Live is about to hit the stage in Birmingham this Friday and BritEvents.com will be there to watch Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and not forgetting of course the plotting Penguins and all their friends as they take a unexpected journey to Madagascar.



The LG Arena in Birmingham will play host to the new stage show Madagascar Live starting on this Friday (18 January).

The Wild New LIVE Musical Adventure has been adapted from the Dreamworks blockbusteranimatedfilm of 2005.

Why not join the bunch of 'pansies' who are made up of Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the hip hop Hippo and of course, the hilarious, plotting penguins as they escape from New York's Central Zoo and find themselves landing in the madcap world of King Julien's Madagascar.

The story which tells a tale of friendship and trust, has been bought vividly to life by imaginative sets, colourful costumes and spectacular new songs that will get youandyour family inspired to MOVE IT, MOVE IT in the aisles.

The show will be staying at the LG arena in Birmingham until Sunday 20January, where it will then move onto the Brighton Centre for 25, 26 and 27 January.

The show will then be calling at Nottingham's Capital FM Arena, the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, before finishing at the Wembley Arena on 1, 2 and 3 March.

This live show has been directed by Dora The Explorer Live show director Gip Hoppe, who has also worked on productions with Broadway Across America and Nickelodeon's familyfriendlylive shows including Blue's Clues Live, Diego, Dora's Pirate Adventure and Go Live!

The show which is suitable for children of 3+ is the first arena tour of Dreamworks Madagascar Live!
